The aim of the Licensing and Regulatory Services is to protect the public.
Entertainment Licence
If you provide entertainment and are making any form of charge for, whether in money or tickets or you are benefiting from it in some way, you will need an Entertainment Licence for your building from the local Council.
If you are interested in finding out more about Entertainment Licensing you can contact the Environmental Health Department. There is no obligation on you when you call and we will try to give practical advice. Petroleum Licence
If you are storing more than 15 litres of petroleum spirit either for private use or for sale you are required to be in possession of a Petroleum Spirit Licence. Application forms and a list of fees are available from The Gate Lodge.
Street Trading Licence
If you are a street trader either trading from a static vehicle, stall or vehicle you require a Street Trading License. Further information and application forms are available here
