The Police Service of Nothern Ireland (PSNI) Banbridge District Command Unit (DCU) is responsible for providing an effective and professional police service in the Banbridge District. The District has four police stations as well as 91 regular police officers, 27 full-time reserve officers, 33 part-time reserve officers and 37 support staff. The Banbridge DCU Commander, Superintendent Mervyn Waddell, is responsible for working with the community to create a safer District.
