Bye-laws to control the consumption of alcohol in designated public places

Under the provisions of Part 4 of the Local Government Act (NI) 1972 and for the good rule and government of the district of Banbridge, the Council intends to apply to the Department for Social Development to confirm its revised bye-laws for the control of consumption of alcohol in designated public places, one month after the publication of this notice. Click here for information about the revised bye-laws. The Council welcomes written comments to the revised bye-laws on or before Thursday 24 March 2011.
