Department Description:
The Leisure and Community Services Department is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of sporting and community facilities throughout the District, developing new events and encouraging the development of a vibrant local arts sector. It also has responsibility for developing opportunities for improving countryside access as well as participation in sports and physical activity and promoting good relations between all communities across the District.
